Senior LevelScalence L.L.C. is seeking a Platform Security Lead to secure enterprise platforms, networks, and cloud environments against cyber threats. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing security controls while leading cross-functional teams and security projects.

Responsibilities
Lead security initiatives for XDR, Email Security, and Cloud Security platforms
Oversee deployment and optimization of endpoint security solutions
Ensure secure configuration and hardening of cloud services
Implement and maintain firewall policies and configurations
Oversee Network Detection & Response solutions for threat visibility
Lead vulnerability scanning and remediation programs across platforms and networks
Prioritize and track vulnerability fixes in collaboration with IT and DevOps teams
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as NIST
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Strong expertise in XDR, EDR, Email Security, and Cloud Security
Deep understanding of network security technologies such as firewalls, NDR, and SASE
Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools like Qualys and Defender
Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage security projects
Strong L3/L4 skills with hands-on experience
Ready to handle tickets at any level and work collaboratively with the team
Preferred
Experience in managing email security gateways and anti-phishing controls
Exposure to OT and IoT security
Experience with Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) for secure remote access
