CSR Planner
Scalence L.L.C. is a company seeking a CSR Planner for their Foxboro, MA location. The role involves taking customer orders, handling inquiries, and coordinating with internal and external customers to ensure smooth operations within the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Take customer order entries, and assigned to other team members
Interpreting requests and assigning from there
Accurately and expeditiously handles all customer complaints and inquires, including status, production, delivery and billing inquires
Performs all order error/processing and maintenance functions for order-base and proposal-based orders
Coordinates with customer regarding product selection, placement of order, delivery schedules, and expediting
Pro-actively solves problems with customer interaction that results in positive feedback and improved relationship
Provides product information which may include some technical information
Utilizes and maintains information in systems including SAP, Quote to Cash, Intranet, SAP, Buy Automation, Extranet, any Shared Drive and External Accounts Websites

Are a fast learner and willing to travel periodically for training opportunities
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Are flexible and have the proven ability to prioritize work, work independently and meet deadlines
Have the ability to foster and maintain a good working relationship with people outside and inside of the Company
Have strong mediation, negotiation and facilitation skills
Have working knowledge of computer operating systems, specifically Client Windows
Have experience with standard business application software including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access
SAP experience is preferred
