Responsibilities

Collaborate with diverse business stakeholders to gather, consolidate, and meticulously document current state processes, business requirements, and use cases for procure-to-pay and supply chain operations

Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements, designing and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational effectiveness

Develop detailed functional and technical requirement models for tasks and functionalities within anchor platforms, including SAP ERP ECC, SAP EWM, and Ariba on Demand

Lead the identification, design, and development of integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP systems, leveraging leading integration models such as APIs and Web Services to ensure robust data flow and system interoperability

Partner closely with data and analytics experts to define data requirements, ensure data quality, and drive initiatives that enhance the functionality and analytical capabilities of our data systems

Participate in testing, training, and post-implementation support activities, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing performance of new and improved solutions

Act as a subject matter expert for procure-to-pay and supply chain processes, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners

Required

Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation within procure-to-pay (P2P) and supply chain domains

Strong functional and technical understanding of SAP ERP ECC, SAP EWM, and SAP Ariba on Demand platforms

Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing system integrations using various models (e.g., APIs, Web Services)

Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and system configurations

Familiarity with data management principles and experience collaborating with data and analytics teams to improve data system functionality

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality solutions
