The role involves reviewing and maintaining daily transaction reports, adjusting customer accounts, and backing up the creation of customer charge accounts as needed.

Review and maintain individual stores' daily transactions summary report
Review store cash logs and making adjustments to customer accounts
Back up the creation and adjustment of customer charge accounts needed basis
Perform other related tasks as directed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong verbal communication skills
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of bookkeeping processes, including accounts receivable, reconciliations and account maintenance
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
