Responsibilities

Supervise the day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure desired logistics objectives
Help ensure priorities, and schedules are met by communicating daily objectives to warehouse personnel
Assist with logistics functions to ensure efficient, timely support to military personnel
Help troubleshoot problem areas in logistics and coordinate resolutions and/or recommendations to support efficient warehouse operations
Routinely monitor expeditionary force Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP) cycle
Assist with the maintenance of all equipment and inform the Project Manager of any broken equipment or machinery
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 4-8 years of warehouse or logistics experience
Must be able to demonstrate significant attention to detail, written and oral communication skills, and maintain access and qualifications to all required systems on provided GFE, to include forklifts
Demonstrate written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of inventory control systems, practices, and procedures
Proficiency with WMS software to track and manage inventory
Knowledge of OSHA standards and other safety regulations
Ability to analyze data for inventory accuracy, efficiency, and productivity improvements
Providing excellent service to internal and external customers
Must be detailed-oriented, demonstrate good time-management skills and manage workload with minimal oversight
Skills in resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment
Ability to lift 50lbs comfortably
The ability to obtain forklift safety certification
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
