Responsibilities

Coordinate, track, and expedite domestic and international POs and shipments to multiple customer contracts and locations

This position will be on-site coordinating directly with the other analysts and Program Managers

The candidate will apply advanced analytics to inform supply requirements and product support planning

The candidate will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of supply data and leverage expertise in supply chain and logistics to identify areas for operational improvement, develop innovative solutions, and implement process enhancements

Required

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Ability to interface directly with multiple program/functional organizations

Detail oriented and ability to review / improve existing process

Familiarity with accessing and using online data management tools

Ability to set priorities and multi-task in a fast paced work environment

Experience in inventory management, operations, and/or supply chain

Security Clearance: Secret

Preferred

Experience with United States Navy (USN)/Department of Defense (DOD) supply chain

Familiar with the USN MH-60 Seahawk Helicopter platform

Motivated self starter who works effectively under tight deadlines and has the ability to multi-task under pressure

Familiar with SAP

Proven experience with sustainment products and services and working with external vendors
