Responsibilities
You'll spend your day as the face of the company, ready to be the hero and assist our residents with any need
You'll answer phones, accept deliveries, open doors, greet residents and guests, provide or deny access to the building, work resident events, answer account questions, perform property walks, ensure common areas are tidy and more. No two days will be the same!
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a job with high-demand customers (e.g., retail, restaurant, or hospitality)
Ability to assist others and meet new people
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to connect with individuals and storytelling
