CRM Administrator

CNS Cares is seeking a CRM Administrator to provide technical support to application users and assist in application maintenance and projects. The role involves evaluating application issues, coordinating projects, and enhancing operations by implementing optimization strategies and educating users on CRM applications.

Responsibilities

Provides support of company applications
Evaluates and triages reported application issues
Monitors of technical tickets with application partners
Works with IT staff to identify problematic areas and implement short- and long-term strategic solutions
Coordinates projects, timelines, testing, implementations, mitigation efforts and enhancements for new and existing applications
Monitors project milestones and communicate with key stakeholders to facilitate agile improvements
Works with IT staff to build out end user training programs and procedures
Educates user on browser and mobile applications connected with all systems
Enhances state and branch operations by promoting metrics, analyzing processes, and implementing optimization strategies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality operations
Promotes feedback processes from end users for application improvements and enhancements
Performs as subject matter expert for CRM applications and systems
Educates CRM users on processes, current functionality, enhancements, best practices, and mitigation channels
Communicates outages, bugs, and updates to company leadership and CRM users
Coordinates the resolution of CRM help requests
Develops workflows, functions, automations and available integrations within and between sales and marketing systems
Builds UTM connection between campaigns and applications
Creates and performs as IT lead on live event website management platform in coordination with sales and marketing
Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to: a. Cross-training extensively on key company systems to provide support redundancy within IT Department. b. Assisting in resolving help desk tickets for the portfolio of company applications and systems c. Contributing to user administration for company backend systems

Required

Bachelor's Degree
At least five (5) years of experience in project management, application implementation, and application support
Valid Driver's License
High Level of general technical acumen
Past CRM Administrator or CRM Manager Experience - Three (3) or more years of experience
Email Marketing Engine Management experience - Two (2) or more years of experience
GA4 (Google Analytics 4) experience
Understanding of how to bridge UTM across different systems

Preferred

Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Backstage or Zoho platform experience
Past experience working with Active Directory systems such as Entra, Azure, Zoho AD or other similar systems
AI or AI Agent development or management experience
Deluge Development or other developer experience
Health Care (Home Care Preferred) experience (1+ years of experience)
