Research customers for financial stability and determine proper level of credit that can be extended
Work with customers and the Collections Department to resolve past due items when credit is a concern
Provide assistance with miscellaneous accounts related to Billing, Collections and AR
Other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel
Timely and regular attendance according to the scheduled shift as determined by supervisory personnel
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
Familiarity of financial statements
At least 2 years of credit decision making experience
Ability to read, understand, and interpret items noted in statements and complete research using different tools to obtain data
Knowledge of a PC and Windows, Word, Excel, and Access
Strong communication and decision-making skills, along with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
