VP of Residential Sales – Custom Homes (Los Angeles)
Rolen Development Group is a Los Angeles–based residential development and construction firm focused on high-end single-family homes in established LA neighborhoods. They are hiring a senior, autonomous sales leader who can own the entire sales cycle and personally close deals with homeowners and investors.
Responsibilities
Qualifying inbound and outbound leads
Conducting homeowner and investor consultations
Presenting pricing, scope, and project structure
Negotiating and closing construction and development contracts
Acting as the primary commercial point of contact through contract execution
Personally manage and close high-value residential construction deals (typically $1M+ homes)
Lead sales conversations with homeowners, landowners, and private investors
Translate client needs into structured project proposals
Negotiate commercial terms and drive contracts to execution
Maintain an active pipeline and forecast closed revenue
Represent the company professionally in high-touch client interactions
Collaborate with internal teams while remaining fully accountable for sales outcomes
Qualification
Required
8+ years of senior residential sales experience in Los Angeles
Direct experience selling custom single-family homes, residential development projects, or high-end construction services
Proven ability to close deals independently (not just generate leads)
Comfortable negotiating with sophisticated homeowners and investors
Strong understanding of LA residential market dynamics
Confident, credible, and polished in executive-level conversations
Local market expertise required
