Lincoln Park Zoo is a renowned zoological society committed to wildlife conservation and education. They are seeking a ZooMed Support Intern to provide administrative and research support to the veterinary department, focusing on medical record searches and departmental social media management.

Responsibilities

The primary focus of the position is medical record searches, literature management, maintenance of residency course schedule and documentation; maintenance of departmental social media; and providing departmental administrative support including interview scheduling, accounting interface, and departmental record flow

As the intern gains experience with their role, duties will be expanded to include veterinary assistant activities and rounds shadowing when primary duties are fulfilled

Required

Completed undergraduate college studies by the time of the commencement of the program
