IT Mobility Analyst

BrightSpring Health Services is a provider of home- and community-based health solutions, and they are seeking an IT Mobility Analyst. This role is responsible for deploying, managing, and supporting mobile applications and devices, ensuring compliance with security policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve mobile performance.

Responsibilities

Deploy, manage, and maintain mobile applications, including updates, patches, and version control
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and app deployment
Support the architecture, engineering, maintenance, and operation of the MDM platform and related infrastructure
Respond to and resolve end-user support requests related to mobile devices and applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions that enhance mobile performance and reliability
Develop and maintain documentation for mobile device and application management processes
Manage endpoint lifecycle activities, including feature updates and system upgrades
Partner with the IT Security team to enforce and maintain mobile security policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned to support mobility infrastructure and user experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience
Experience in mobile device management, mobile application management, and mobile app deployment
Experience with mobile management platforms including MobileIron and Microsoft Intune
Driver's license
Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to travel up to 15%

Preferred

Mobility Related Technical Certifications preferred
