Responsibilities

Provide customers with courteous and professional in-home servicing of major appliances ensuring adherence to “The Perfect Call”

Conduct appliance diagnostics and complete repairs

Estimate the costs of repairs/replacements

Order parts and ensure inventory supply levels are sufficiently maintained

Communicate with customers regarding details of the assessment and servicing required

Provide information to assist customers in obtaining optimum performance of their products

Complete all service documentation, describing repairs in detail and reporting identification of repaired stock

Ensure the proper maintenance of shop tools and vehicles

Adhere to all health and safety, security, building and departmental procedures
