Responsibilities

Enter oncology treatment plans into the pharmacy system
Review Cycle 1 Day 1 (C1D1) orders for accuracy, completeness, and clinical appropriateness
Perform general verification of oncology medication orders
Collaborate with nursing staff to provide support and troubleshooting related to treatment protocols and medication issues
Ensure adherence to safety, accuracy, and clinical best practices in oncology medication management

Qualification

Arizona Pharmacist LicenseOncology pharmacy experienceAttention to detailCommunication skillsCollaboration skillsIndependent work

Required

Active Arizona Pharmacist License
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and verify complex oncology treatment regimens
Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with multidisciplinary clinical teams
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Prior oncology pharmacy experience
