Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day business operations for the team (rhythms, coordination, documentation, facilities/space needs)

Lead onboarding and staff transitions (moves, transfers, role changes), ensuring smooth execution

Own the process for FTE requests, backfills, role changes, and staffing documentation

Maintain capacity views to support prioritization and planning decisions

Provide budget/forecast support, variance visibility, and leadership-ready financial summaries

Create simple, consistent reporting that supports objective decision-making

Maintain visibility to contracts, renewals, vendor ownership, and key sourcing timelines

Coordinate with Procurement/Sourcing and internal owners to support planning and reduce surprises

Maintain and integrate IHT strategic roadmaps (inputs, updates, sequencing, dependencies)

Own department metrics (performance scorecards, operational KPIs) and recurring reporting packages

Lead improvements to tools, templates, and workflows that reduce friction and raise consistency

Track improvement outcomes and standardize what works

Draft/coordinate updates, decision briefs, and internal communications on operational and performance topics

Hire, coach, and develop direct reports; set priorities, manage workload, and ensure high-quality outputs

Required

Bachelor's + 4 years (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

Experience in IT/healthcare operations, PMO, strategy/enablement, or business management

Strong Excel + dashboard/reporting experience (Power BI a plus)

Budget, workforce planning, and vendor/contract coordination experience

Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/standard work helpful)

Strong written communication for leadership audiences
