Customer Service Rep - Resupply Specialist

Caddis Capital Management is the management company for several home medical supply companies and has been in business for over 28 years. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Rep - Resupply Specialist responsible for billing insurance claims, following up on Accounts Receivable, and providing exceptional customer service to patients.

Responsibilities

Must be able to identify customer needs and process orders accurately, build and foster positive customer relationships, and problem solve as needed
Contact existing patients who are currently on PAP therapy regarding product usage and complained, evaluating customer needs and providing solutions
Must be familiar with the order confirmation process
Maintain open communications with customers and referral sources
Prepare appropriate documentation for billing, key all documentation, verify all information for accuracy
Professionally assist customer issues and questions over-the-phone when needed; handle a certain number of emails & phone calls
Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by management

Required

The Customer Service Rep must be a polite and cooperative team member with a positive, self-start attitude
Must have superior over-the-phone customer service skills
with the ability to quickly identify customers needs, and provide effective solutions
Must have effective computer skills, with an ability to multi-task
Must have superior verbal and written communication skills
Must have attention to detail, and be able to accurately perform data entry
A High School diploma or a G.E.D

Preferred

prior experience with medical insurance providers
any previous HME experience
an associate's degree
bilingual skills (Spanish/English)
any previous medical insurance billing experience
any billing systems
