Responsibilities

Conduct reviews of GMP documentation associated with materials control, including material specifications, receipt/shipment, inspection, inventory records, and process orders
Continuously assess the Materials Control operation and provide recommendations for improvement
Assist in generating GMP documentation such as SOPs, Deviations, and CAPAs
Participate in all WM functions, including receiving, shipping, Kanban, inventory control, and process orders
Distribute materials for GMP operations via MALs into regulated spaces, with gown qualifications provided by AstraZeneca
Engage in cycle counts and full inventories as required

Required

High School Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience with warehousing operations in a GMP environment
1+ years experience with Cold Chain and Temperature sensitive material, biologics and components
1+ yrs experience with SAP/WM required, SAP/IM is helpful, as well as MS Outlook and Excel
Experience in handling of hazardous materials (Flammables, Corrosives, and Gases)
Strong customer service experience
Capable of independent work
