CTE Student Engineering Intern

Responsibilities

Assist in building robot cages with integrated safety features under supervision
Design and build End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT) using CAD software and 3D printing technology
Support implementation of automation initiatives aimed at reducing costs, guided by the Manufacturing Engineer
Conduct cycle time observations and document findings to identify process improvement opportunities
Help update and validate job instructions by collaborating with affected teams
Learn to create BOMs for designed projects and ensure accuracy for 3D models
Participate in automation investigations (e.g., P43 project) and provide recommendations for improvement
Assist in installing safety guarding for existing robots (pending budget approval)

Required
