New Grad, Entry LevelThe Cincinnati Insurance Companies is committed to putting people first and is looking for a User Acceptance Tester to join their team. The role involves providing pre-release planning and testing in the UAT environment to ensure business rules and requirements are met.

Responsibilities
Build and execute test scripts, track and document test results
Find and escalate defects found during the testing
Use analytical skills to further define issues and defects in the various Life Systems
Assist with Production Support and Projects as needed
Work with Policy Services to triage and resolve inforce policy errors and execute specific policy changes
Qualification
Required
excellent written and verbal communication skills
strong customer service skills
strong attention to detail
the ability to work independently
Preferred
UA test experience is preferred but not required
knowledge of Life Insurance products and practices is preferred
a college degree preferred, but not required
pursuing LOMA exams is preferred
