Responsibilities

Perform and oversee the work of staff engaged in the duties and responsibilities listed
Sell patrons tickets and ensure tickets are valid
Help patrons with seating needs
Provides information to patrons regarding the events and special facilities for the disabled provides directions and/or parking alternatives request for visitors, students, staff and faculty
Supervises student staff intermittently
Follows all ADA and safety protocols
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required
