They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented In-House Counsel Intern to assist their legal team with various tasks including legal research, contract review, and compliance support.

Responsibilities
Conducting research on various legal issues, including compliance with international laws, state and federal laws, intellectual property laws, and contract laws, preparing concise reports and summaries for internal review
Assist with the reviewing and drafting of contracts, including customer agreements, vendor and marketing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDA)
Supporting the team in ensuring that the company’s operations adhere to appliable compliance regulations and industry standards. Draft appropriate internal and external related company policies
Participating in meetings and trainings with various departments (i.e., Operations, Sales, and Marketing) to provide legal advice and support on a range of issues
Qualification
Required
Current law student (preferably 2nd or 3rd year) at an accredited university or college; not graduating prior to Dec 2026
Strong interest in contracts, technology, privacy, and software
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
