Design, build, and own AI-driven solutions end to end
Develop LLM-powered agents that reason over messy, unstructured healthcare data
Execute clearly defined business workflows
Perform context engineering
Design agentic evaluation frameworks
Continuously improve model performance in production
Qualification
Required
Proven experience building and operating production AI systems
Comfort owning the full lifecycle from model selection through deployment
Ability to connect abstract modeling decisions to real business value
Hands-on experience with LLMs
Experience with ML systems in production
Experience with evaluation frameworks
Familiarity with modern AI tooling such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Databricks, AWS Bedrock, or Azure ML
Preferred
Experience working in both a FAANG company and a healthcare firm or health-tech startup
