Business Development Manager
RectorSeal, a leader in chemical specialty sealants and mechanical solutions, is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to support its Aspen Manufacturing division. The role involves driving outside sales, expanding market presence, and building relationships with key accounts in the HVAC sector across the Western U.S.
Responsibilities
Drive outside sales to achieve regional growth targets
Expand market presence by securing new customers and developing existing accounts
Serve as the primary contact for customers in the Western region
Build strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners
Educate contractors, reps, and internal teams on Aspen product lines
Analyze local market trends and competitive dynamics
Recommend product solutions based on customer needs
Provide product, pricing, and service support
Participate in industry events, dealer meetings, and utility programs
Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance
Collaborate with fellow Business Development and Regional Sales Managers
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of recent B2B sales management experience
Experience in HVAC wholesale distribution
Ability to travel up to 50% (including overnight)
Background in residential HVAC equipment sales
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Based in AZ, CA, or NV
