Responsibilities
Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruiters on developing and executing sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate for current and upcoming openings
Attend recruitment strategy meetings to understand and develop an ideal candidate profile, the role’s impact on the business, career path, etc
In partnership with the DEI TA Manager, build diverse pipelines to ensure alignment with the DEI strategy and goals
Leverage external partnerships and attract passive candidates to build future pipelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelors and 5+ years of related experience
Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies via LinkedIN Recruiter, Entelo, Glassdoor etc
Experience with Boolean search strings and other internet recruiting techniques
Solid experience in developing social media sourcing strategies
Ability to reach out to different types of candidates and to engage with them
Strong selling and negotiation skills
