Responsibilities

Work with product teams to refine requirements and propose customer-focused solutions
Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and configurable platforms aligned with future needs leveraging react, react native, nextjs
Maintain high standards of quality and oversee deployment and production monitoring of changes
Support go-live events for sales and promotions to ensure smooth product functionality for customers
Make critical technical decisions to optimize pricing and deal experiences across platforms

Required

Bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, Operations Research, etc)
3 or more years of experience building scalable, high-performance mobile and/or web applications using React, React Native, and Next.js
4 or more years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, including advanced concepts like asynchronous programming, ES6+, and modular architecture
Solid understanding of state management (Redux, Recoil, or Context API) and component-driven development
Hands-on experience with automated UI and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Jest, Detox)
Strong knowledge of web performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles

Preferred

Experience with modern reusable UI frameworks and design systems (Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap)
Familiarity with SSR/SSG and API integration in Next.js for high-performance applications
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions
Understanding of security best practices for front-end applications (e.g., XSS prevention, CSP)
Strong troubleshoot and debug issues using tools such as Splunk, Kibana, Grafana, and Dynatrace
Ability to profile and optimize rendering performance for large-scale web and mobile apps
Experience with Android and iOS native development
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments
Strong communication skills for collaborating with product, design, and backend teams
