They are seeking a Construction Safety Intern for their summer 2026 program, who will assist with implementing safety programs, monitoring compliance, and conducting safety inspections at various construction sites.

Responsibilities

Attends safety meetings to remain involved in project progress and safety matters, as appropriate

Helps enforce government and company regulations to ensure associate and subcontractor compliance by conducting job site inspections and addressing issues

Reviews documentation to ensure all required onsite records and reports are complete, accurate and submitted per established procedures

Assists with the development and implementation of job-specific safety plans

Schedules jobsite visits and safety audits

Researches new regulations and developments in the field of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S)

Accompanies safety professionals on job site inspections

Helps conduct work area inspections and assists in personal injury and property damage investigations
