Sales Operations Junior Associate Consultant (Intern)

Responsibilities

Conducting data analysis on key sales metrics, including vehicle run rates, dealer stock, retail planning, and profitability measures and derive actionable recommendations to achieve MBUSA’s sales plan
Preparing for alignment meetings with key stakeholders by gathering and organizing critical information and documentation
Tracking and sharing valuable industry insights while contributing innovative ideas to drive Mercedes-Benz’s strategic edge
Supporting strategic organizational design initiatives to align Sales & Marketing structures with business objectives
Driving sales effectiveness by identifying and implementing best practices that improve sales operations and team performance
Mapping and optimizing processes across Sales & Marketing to increase efficiency and support sales growth objectives

Required

Graduate student with international business experience
Available to work onsite from February 2026 to July 2026 in Atlanta, GA
In-person schedule, up to 28 hours weekly
Proof of Proficiency (Portfolio, Recommendation Letters, etc.)

Preferred

Preferred candidate for Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or Marketing degree
Proficiency in German language a plus
Demonstrated ability to provide accurate data and reports under tight time constraints required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel and Power Point, and PowerBI
Analytical and critical mindset with attention to detail
Self-starter with a flexible, hands-on mentality
Strong problem formulation, problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
