Responsibilities

Lead agile backlog grooming, prioritization, and refinement for lending platform initiatives, collaborating with product owners, developers, and stakeholders

Analyze business requirements in financial services, translating complex lending workflows (e.g., loan origination, underwriting) into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure on-time delivery of high-value features

Conduct gap analysis on existing lending processes and recommend data-driven improvements using agile metrics (velocity, burndown)

Partner with compliance and risk teams to embed regulatory standards into backlogs
