Responsibilities

Deliver staff training programs focused on technology platforms and professional skills

Conduct needs assessments and contribute to the design and enhancement of learning programs

Develop instructional materials, job aids, and eLearning content

Evaluate program effectiveness using surveys and performance metrics and recommend improvements

Support attorney and management development initiatives

Administer training content and learning paths within the learning management system (LMS)

Align work with firm strategic initiatives and perform additional duties as needed

Required
