Lutheran SeniorLife is a provider of community-based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania. They are seeking a Director of Human Resources responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs, including employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development.

Development, implementation and coordination of all policies and programs pertaining to Human Resources functions within the assigned facility
Employment, employee relations, job analysis/compensation, benefits administration, unemployment, workers compensation, leaves, training and development, labor relations, and health and safety

Qualification

Human Resources ManagementEmployee RelationsLabor RelationsHRIS ApplicationsPHRSPHR CertificationComputer SkillsSenior Living ExperienceHealth Care Experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Personnel or Labor Relations
7 to 10 years relevant experience in Human Resources
2-3 years managing employees
Strong computer skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS applications

Preferred

Masters preferred
PHR or SPHR certification preferred
Previous experience working in senior living and/or health care setting
