Responsibilities

Build and maintain AI/ML applications and services using Python
Develop end-to-end solutions including data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model integration
Deploy machine learning models into production using REST APIs / microservices
Work with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc
Develop scalable solutions using cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP
Optimize model performance, inference speed, and resource utilization
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation for AI/ML workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI requirements and deliver solutions
Implement monitoring and logging for AI pipelines and deployed models
Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance guidelines

Required

Strong programming expertise in Python (3.x)
Experience working on AI/ML projects (training, testing, deployment)
Knowledge of ML libraries/frameworks: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch, XGBoost / LightGBM
Proficiency in building APIs using: FastAPI / Flask / Django
Strong knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL, Exposure to MongoDB / NoSQL is a plus
Experience with version control and DevOps tools: Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps)
Familiarity with ML deployment tools: MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with LLMs / GenAI / NLP (LangChain, HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs)
Experience building AI-powered automation workflows
Understanding of MLOps best practices (model governance, drift detection, monitoring)
Exposure to streaming/data platforms like Kafka / Spark
Knowledge of data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau) is a plus
