Responsibilities

Drive data-informed decisions and optimize business processes

Deliver strategic insights that shape the future of U.S. Global Wealth Management (GWM)

Contribute to high-visibility initiatives and manage cross-functional projects

Support business operations foundational to GWM’s daily decision-making

Help drive strategic priorities by supporting business-critical data and technology projects

Implement process enhancements and contribute to senior stakeholder communications

Validate the integrity of client, sales, and asset data

Ensure confidence in the accuracy and reliability of data used to measure performance, identify opportunities, and execute strategy

Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and requirements

Work with data and technology partners to bring plans to life

Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sales, HR, Finance, and Technology

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or other technical discipline

3–6 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or project management, preferably within the asset management or financial services industry

Proven ability to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and collaborate with data and technology teams to execute solutions

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel, with exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)

Demonstrated commitment to technical skill development—through professional experience, personal projects, or continuous learning

Ability to synthesize structured and unstructured datasets into actionable insights

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences

Positive attitude, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving solutions

Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating organizational structures

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office

Preferred

Consulting or investment management experience is a plus
