Document current-state revenue cycle workflows and processes
Assist in developing future-state project plans and structures
Support the creation and maintenance of revenue cycle policies and procedures
Track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
Monitor performance metrics using quality improvement methodologies
Collaborate with revenue cycle, clinical, and administrative teams
Prepare reports and documentation for leadership
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience or knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle preferred
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
