On-site maintenance and repair of critical power systems
Performing troubleshooting and diagnostics

Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of critical power systems, including emergency generators, transfer switches, and related equipment
Strong skills in Troubleshooting and performing diagnostic tests to identify and resolve technical issues
Experience in Field Service operations and handling on-site system evaluations and repairs
Effective Customer Service skills to provide clear communication and build positive client relationships
Practical knowledge in handling both planned Maintenance tasks and unexpected repair requests
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and remain professional in diverse work environments
Valid driver's license and ability to travel across service areas in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin
Preferred
Technical certification or relevant experience in electrical or mechanical systems
