Vice President, Product Management, Editor Tools

Responsibilities
Analyze competitors and industry trends to advance our products and drive innovation
Attract, develop, and retain a high performing team of product managers
Partner closely with Google Deep Mind, Engineering, UX, and other internal Google teams to drive product and delivery success
Engage regularly as a trusted advisor with business leaders to understand their strategies, end-to-end business processes, pain points and priorities to inform product strategy, while providing transparency into roadmaps and managing expectations
Define the product vision and strategy for the Workspace collaboration apps: Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, and more
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, related technical field or equivalent practical experience
15 years of experience leading global product and engineering teams across a suite of enterprise products
Experience leading, scaling and developing geographically dispersed cross-functional organizations, including organization design and recruitment
Experience executing multiple initiatives and day-to-day priorities concurrently
Preferred
Experience developing related products and understanding of current cloud technologies and services
Experience in product management, providing product vision and roadmaps and directing product launches, including ability to lead and grow a team of product managers and product management leaders
Knowledge of market, competition, and in depth customer/user requirements
Demonstrated track record of delivering products
Track record of launching successful app products in the market
Highly technical and demonstrated track record of complex product work and outbound customer work
