Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate records of all staff training and attendance
Regularly delivering training sessions to both groups and individuals
Creating opportunities to host trainings for other professionals or collaborate with external organizations
Building and maintaining relationships with County staff, universities, and other organizations to assess training needs
Securing qualified trainers and developing joint training initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required in the mental health field
Two (2) years of direct service experience with seriously mentally disordered patients
Valid California Driver's License
Certification in Pro Act
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
One (1) year clinical supervisory experience in an outpatient, hospital, or residential setting preferred
Minimum of one (1) year clinical training experience and experience in overseeing a training program preferred
