The Fragrance Group is a global creator, distributor, and licensee of luxury artisanal fragrances. They are seeking a skilled and creative Industrial Designer to contribute to the development of fragrance collections and physical brand experiences, leading projects from concept through production.

Responsibilities

Design fragrance bottles, secondary packaging, gift sets, candles, merchandising fixtures, and pop-up environments

Translate brand direction into manufacturable products and experiential designs

Lead your own projects from concept through production

Produce sketches, CAD models, renderings, and prototypes

Refine designs through multiple development stages with speed and precision

Work closely with other designers, the creative director, and the logistics manager

Participate in design reviews

Implement feedback rapidly and resolve production challenges

Produce full production-ready tech packs with drawings, tolerances, materials, and specifications

Prepare presentations for internal approval and vendor execution
