Credentialing all our clinicians in a timely manner
Supporting our billing director and revenue cycle specialist with accurate and timely billing and AR reports
Supporting a smooth and accurate collaboration between billing and payroll
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in ABA or healthcare medical billing, credentialing, and AR related tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to work with billing team members and report to billing department supervisor/, CFO and COO
