Responsibilities

Manage and monitor production line machinery, conducting routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Follow safety protocols to create a secure workplace and work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain quality standards
Accurately document production metrics and promptly communicate any issues to management for swift resolution

Qualification

Machine operation experienceMechanical aptitudeProblem-solving skillsComputer-aided machinery setupMath proficiencyElementary English proficiencyTeam collaborationAttention to detail

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
At least one year's experience in machine operation
Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; including distinguishing color
Proficient in math for calculating percentages, areas and volumes
Ability to set up computer-aided machinery, with a solid understanding of Windows based computers
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Dependable with a track record of good attendance and punctuality
Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary
