Responsibilities
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful experience
Maintain employee-facing resources and internal documentation that promote clarity and transparency
Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day people operations
Work with team leads to support execution of people-related processes
Own the in-office and hybrid experience, including logistics and space coordination
Plan and execute team events, celebrations, and in-person gatherings
Help translate company values into everyday workplace experiences
Own recurring operational workflows that keep the company running smoothly
Support finance, HR, and compliance processes in coordination with internal and external partners
Identify opportunities to improve processes and help implement those improvements
Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve efficiency and employee experience
Support platform user management and account coordination
Support billing team in monitoring workflows and surface issues as they arise
Work with internal teams to resolve operational questions and support ongoing execution
Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communications
Ensure candidates experience Parasail as organized, welcoming, and respectful
Qualification
Required
4–6+ years of experience in people operations, office management, operations, or similar roles
Highly organized, thoughtful, and execution-oriented
Enjoy building systems and improving how work gets done
Comfortable working across teams and coordinating with specialists
Excited by early-stage startups and fast-moving environments
Take pride in running a well-organized operation
Preferred
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
Optional: Interested in learning about artificial intelligence and innovation at the forefront
