Responsibilities

Develop AI agents using CoPilot to automate Agile Program Management tasks
Integrate multiple agents and enable communication through an MCP server to connect with diverse data sources
Create intelligent workflows for: Scheduling and calendar coordination, Risk identification and mitigation, Dependency tracking and management, Executive communication and reporting
Support governance and planning by: Tracking project status and progress, Identifying roadblocks and proposing actionable solutions, Generating release planning documents and dashboards
Collaborate with Agile Program Managers to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions
Document processes and best practices for agent development and integration

Python programmingCoPilot agent creationMCP server integrationAPIsAgile methodologyCloud platformsAtlassian tools

Required

Undergraduate junior or senior pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related technical fields
Proficiency in: CoPilot agent creation
Proficiency in: MCP server integration
Proficiency in: Python programming
Ability to work onsite in Morrisville, NC

Preferred

Experience with APIs
Familiarity with Agile methodology
Exposure to cloud platforms
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) a plus
