Client-Centric Operator: You excel at managing complex client relationships and understand the dynamics of delivering high-impact services within the healthcare industry. You set and manage customer expectations, align delivery to contracted outcomes, and lay the groundwork for future opportunities by earning trust and demonstrating measurable value. You have experience with forward-deployed engineering teams or other embedded delivery models
Lead High-Impact Delivery: Oversee the successful execution of healthcare ensuring they meet business objectives and drive measurable impact
Operate at Maximum Velocity: Embrace a high-speed, dynamic environment where priorities can shift, requiring quick thinking and adaptability
Drive Stakeholder Alignment: Regularly report on program status to senior executives, technical teams, and business leaders, fostering trust and maintaining alignment
Optimize Program Success: Structure and scale delivery efforts to maximize impact and efficiency, ensuring the program runs at peak performance
Influence Key Customer Decisions: Guide the client in providing the necessary teams, integrations, and resources to make the program a success
Grow and Motivate a Team: Onboard and organize forward-deployed AI engineers and AI strategists to design and build cutting-edge AI solutions
Stay Engaged in Delivery Activities: Run daily project scrums, engage in planning, requirements gathering/refinement, product management, testing, evals, deployment, etc, whatever is needed to drive execution forward
Champion AI-Driven Solutions: Understand how AI and automation can enhance business processes and technology delivery
Write the Playbook: Author best practices for delivering AI programs at scale
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programs for healthcare clients, including a $10M+ budget program
Experience managing complex client relationships in the healthcare industry
Ability to set and manage customer expectations and align delivery to contracted outcomes
Experience with forward-deployed engineering teams or other embedded delivery models
Ability to oversee the successful execution of healthcare programs ensuring they meet business objectives and drive measurable impact
Ability to operate in a high-speed, dynamic environment where priorities can shift
Ability to regularly report on program status to senior executives, technical teams, and business leaders
Ability to structure and scale delivery efforts to maximize impact and efficiency
Ability to guide clients in providing necessary teams, integrations, and resources for program success
Experience onboarding and organizing forward-deployed AI engineers and AI strategists
Ability to run daily project scrums and engage in planning, requirements gathering/refinement, product management, testing, evaluations, deployment, etc
Understanding of how AI and automation can enhance business processes and technology delivery
Ability to author best practices for delivering AI programs at scale
Strong communication skills across all levels, able to switch between technical deep-dives and high-level strategic conversations
Demonstrated interest in AI-driven solutions and how they can optimize business outcomes
