Responsibilities

Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Innovation-focused projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative approaches to project management, with a focus on creative problem-solving

Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to drive the Innovation agenda forward

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and status reports to keep projects on track

Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful project outcomes

Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Innovation Engagement team and leadership

Required

Proven experience in a project management role, preferably within a creative or innovation-driven environment

Management Consulting experience

Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches to project management

Familiarity with design thinking and agile methodologies, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

Passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our consulting firm
