Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements for document workflows
Design and develop document templates using Oracle Documaker Studio
Implement DAL scripting, XML, and XSLT for document generation
Configure rules, triggers, barcodes, and conditional logic for dynamic documents
Support real-time and batch document processing
Perform unit testing, code reviews, and production issue troubleshooting
Manage template migrations and upgrades (e.g., Documaker SmartCOMM)
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Qualification

Required

Hands-on experience with Oracle Documaker Studio/Engine (v10.x, v13.x)
Strong expertise in DAL scripting, XML, and XSLT
Knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL , Oracle DB
Experience with SOAP/REST API integrations
Familiarity with Unix/Linux scripting
Understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) platforms and document lifecycle management
4–8 years of overall IT experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Documaker experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred

Java / J2EE experience
