Responsibilities

Provide on-site support to users with operational and technical support
Resolve incidents and problems associated with end-user equipment
Supports users connecting or attempting to connect to the corporate network and assists in the coordination and completion of accessing LAN, print, and file service
Provide repair and maintenance for mobile devices
Install, upgrade, and repair equipment (desktops, laptops, monitors, and associated peripherals)
Provide software break/fix services and replacement of non-warranty assets for end users
Provide network printers and scanner network connectivity, including providing network support for device configuration, IP address, and direct TCP/IP output
Configure and support end-users on mobile computing platforms
Deskside support services as required

Required

Requires 3+ years of strong end-user support and white glove executive support
Desktop support- high volume, high priority
Must have Windows and some MAC experience. (Only 10% of the environment is MAC)
Strong and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Perform routine preventative maintenance, system backups, and upgrades
Installing, upgrading, and migrating PC's and MAC's
Break/fix for Windows OS and MAC's
Able to create and close service tickets with appropriate documentation
Manage Hardware and Software (install, configure, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain)
Assist with network connectivity issues (VPNs, Wi-Fi) and ensure systems connect to the network
Track software licenses and IT assets

Preferred

A+ Certification is a huge plus, but not a must-have
