Required

2+ years of working experience with Aviation Professional Services (Crew Planning, Rostering, or Ops Control) is highly desirable
5+ Experience working with Python
Advanced English skills; ability to conduct workshops with diverse stakeholders and negotiate rule interpretations

Preferred

MSc or BSc in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent
Airline and specifically Crew and / or Operations planning
Technical Authority: Act as the primary technical interface for Python-based business logic and RAVE configuration
Working with clients and their end users
Managing a codebase using a tool such as Git and GitLab/GitHub, or equivalent Development and administration in Linux systems
Software testing
Functional Programming
