Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with IT Teams and stakeholders
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
Identify and track issues related to the project
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Track project milestones and deliverables
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Enhance Tools and processes used the team
Contribute with admin task to run change the bank team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in project management in the information technology sector
Expected 7-10 years of project management experiences
5-7 years of experience in capital market
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
