Responsibilities

Lead a team of analysts in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise BI dashboards and reports that drive business insights and support strategic goals

Mentor team members, manage priorities, and ensure high-quality deliverables through strong leadership and collaboration

Work with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into actionable solutions, resolve data-related issues, and maintain alignment with data governance standards

Oversee testing and validation processes, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvements in reporting and data quality

Support both team development and the advancement of Safety National’s business intelligence strategy

Required

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is required

Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Systems or a related discipline

Proficiency with BI tools such as SQL Server Management Studio, Snowflake, SSRS, Visual Studio, Power BI Service, and Microsoft Fabric

Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems using data

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Proven experience leading teams and managing projects in a collaborative environment
