Computer Task Group, Inc is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV with commercial banking experience to support a range of technology projects. The role involves gathering requirements, leading testing phases, and ensuring project deliverables meet expectations while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate SIT and UAT testing for loan servicing systems, including planning, execution, issue resolution, and documentation
Write business requirements, develop test scripts, and execute test cases
Review CTGs and test cases, validate results, and track deliverables
Serve as the functional lead on projects, running team meetings and maintaining alignment across teams
Work with business users to define requirements and confirm system design supports business goals
Act as a bridge between business lines, IT, and vendors to ensure clear communication and aligned expectations
Support system integrations, conversions, and acquisition-related initiatives
Monitor project scope, timelines, and change requests to maintain quality and compliance
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvements

Required

Commercial banking experience is a must
At least 5 years of combined higher education and/or business analytics experience
Hands-on SIT and UAT coordination experience, preferably with loan servicing systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex issues
Clear business writing and test script development skills
Excellent communication skills and solid time-management habits
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and common project tools

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Experience with integrated applications and complex, multi-team projects
Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
