Responsibilities

Execute local merchant campaigns and promotions
Manage product setup, content updates, and merchandising accuracy
Coordinate campaign timelines and operational readiness
Track execution issues and support resolution
Analyze campaign and merchant performance
Build reports and dashboards using Excel / Google Sheets
Identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
Source and qualify local merchants
Conduct outreach and initial screening
Support onboarding coordination and pipeline tracking

Qualification

Required

1+ year experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, merchandising, analytics, or sales support
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment
